This little fella was a dream for his Calgary newborn session and can we talk about the tones in this stunning photo of him with this gorgeous mama? After we did the family portraits, mum and dad passed out for a much-needed nap while I worked with this little ball of love. I am so honoured when that happens.

This babe was born at the end of August but the fall vibes of this Calgary newborn portrait session are perfect. He was happy to do any pose, and he was so sweet. Look at his little lippies.

Mama didn’t book newborn portraits at first but once her sweet little bundle arrived, she knew she wanted to capture those moments. She had an older daughter who was SO SO excited to be a big sister and it showed. She beamed caring for her baby sister. This whole session was perfection and so sweet.

These sweet people booked me for a maternity and newborn package back in the summer. Mama wasn’t sure how her pregnancy would go and if she would be early so we stuck closer to home with a maternity session at Carburn Park. It was brisk but so gorgeous out. September’s weather was terrible and we lucked out with this session.

These two beautiful people waited a long time for this little gem of a girl and I was so honoured to take her photos for them. Dad asked for a special photo with babe in plaid as that’s his jam and what he always wears and it turned out adorable! She was so good for her whole session, she slept the entire time, it was a dream! I can’t wait to see them again <3

I held a model call back in December looking for someone to model a bunch of new maternity gowns I had just ordered and that's how I met the sweetest girl in the whole world. After we photographed the maternity gowns she thanked me for making her feel good and beautiful again during her pregnancy. I was honoured.

She booked me for her newborn session and I was so excited, we waited for this little princess to come and FINALLY she did, she was well worth the wait. We did her session in her own home using natural light and the flooring in their living room which was DIVINE. This sweet (and very tiny) little princess knocked her session straight out of the park and I am so in love with it, even 3 months after. I love the posing, the colours and how creamy and perfect her skin is against all of it all. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I can't wait to see this beautiful family again, HOPEFULLY SOON!!

This mama booked her session pretty last minute with me because she was on the fence about getting newborn photos done. I am so glad that she did though because she was AWESOME to meet, and she's come to the studio since with this little dude and it makes my heart smile. She's so funny and we get along so well, Im glad to have her as a client <3.

He didn't let me finish his session in-studio so I drove to their place to finish as Mom had painted a mural in his nursery all by herself and I felt that it was super important to capture those for her. That's why his session was a little bit studio posed and a little bit lifestyle session!

Mama loves dinosaurs, and she's a geologist by day so we tried to incorporate dinosaurs in all the ways we could :) And a little Super Mario too!

I was lucky to have this dynamic duo back in the studio for Mother's Day minis so I got to see little buddy getting bigger! What an overly adorable little one! So chunk and full of smiles! So cute!
